This is the fourth year I'm hosting a weeklong celebration of intentional gratitude, and the audience for this event just keeps growing. I'm grateful you are here.
I love the way this week draws many of us closer together as we share our experiences.

Spoiler Alert: Today we're giving thanks for the people who helped us get here today (the obvious and the less-so).
Most of us were fortunate to have an enthusiastic network of support at various stages of our training. Whether it was family, teachers, or strangers you met on happenstance, join me as we consider those who invested in us.
Consider making a list of those who helped encourage you in your formative years as a musician. Picture their faces, remember their words, and take a few minutes to play something in honor of them.
